To continue the sale process, and receive full payment for your tickets, you need to transfer tickets to UA Hoops.
- Visit ArizonaWildcats.com and navigate to My Account then Ticket Transfer.
- Choose the game.
- Choose the tickets you’re transferring to UA Hoops.
- Click the Transfer Tickets button.
- In the Transfer To form:
- Enter “UA” for First Name
- Enter “Hoops” for Last Name
- Instead of Mobile Number, click Use Email Instead
- Enter tickets@uahoops.com for Email
- Click the Transfer Tickets button.
You’ll see a confirmation screen and also receive a confirmation email from ArizonaWildcats.com letting you know that the transfer invitation has been sent to UA Hoops. If you change your mind, you also have the opportunity to cancel the transfer at any time until it has been accepted.
Once UA Hoops has accepted the ticket transfer, full payment will be made using the preferred payment method on your UA Hoops account.
